KFC India — delivery not done but money auto deducted | |||||
Dear KFC, As the order placed through zomato and the confirmation also received on my number with order number itself by Kfc Rohini . But order was not delivered. After so many conversation with Kfc customer care, they stated that order is confirmed and it will be delivered in next 10-15 minutes. And there is no updation on zomato app for order cancellation. Because they didn’t cancel the order at their end. This complaint is against KFC Rohini Delhi branch. Please solve the query as my money deducted. And I didn’t get the refund.
