KFC India — didn't receive refund yet | |||
I ordered from KFC on 17 Jan 2020. The first payment was made through UPI but the order failed in your app. Then I reordered and paid with Paytm. So, pls refund my UPI money immediately. Screenshots are attached for your reference. Also, I ordered food around 10 pm and it was delivered in ice cold condition at 12 am midnight after multiple follow-ups. Pathetic service at its best. Would never order from KFC again. PS: And yes I have raised a complaint on http://feedback.kfc.co.in/ as well but the page times-out everytime. Was this information helpful? | |||
