KFC India — Half order served, quantity served not correct

Dear sir,

I visited kfc, ambience mall, gurugram yesterday. Ordered chilli chizza and smoky drum duo. The chilli chizza was served without even cutting the pieces into four and the quantity served was very less to make it into four pieces!!!. After a lot of arguments finally the floor manager (Anil bhatt) accepted his fault and he separated chilli chizza with his bare hands into 6 pieces (Without even wearing gloves. The floor manager very reluctantly called area manager (Wasting around 10 mins for just one call!!!) the smoky drums were not served even after 50 minutes of ordering and the manager was giving lame excuses for this delay. Finally had to leave without having full order (Left smoky drums for lazy manager and staff to eat whenever they are finished cooking it). Even after so much happened the floor manager was out on a call and laughing.

Really a nightmare experience
