KFC India — Hot and Crispy 10 pieces of 2 buckets + 2 piece hot and crispy...Order cancelled but amount (Rs 1139) got deducted from my account | |||||
I have ordered Hot and Crispy 10 pieces of 2 buckets and 2 piece hot and crispy today evening from KFC online portal. Total amount 1139 got deducted from my ICICI bank (Bill No.[protected]/KFC_HICI4918246). But I came to know from the nearest KFC outlet that my order got cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my account within 2 to 15 working days. But this is the only the verbal commitment I have received from the KFC outlet as well as from the customer care executive. I have not received any sms or email from KFC regarding this order cancellation.
