KFC India — I have been charged for kfc promotion paper bag without informing | |||
I visited Kfc store on april 28th and i ordered food for take away and Jeevitha who billed didn't inform me that she is going to charge me for the kfc promoting paper carry bag.Later i checked the bill and found this. My account was debited for Rs.334.00 on 06-05-19 UPI Ref no[protected] but the order wasn't placed. Also I tried to call the customer service and also KFC haldwani at which the order was to be placed but still I haven't received the refund amount yet.

Dear KFC team,
I placed an order for home delivery.
And I didn't receive a KFC mail sit back and wait.
After one hour I tried to call it's not reachable. By luck, I got connected and enquired, but they said its a takeaway order.
I ask them to cancel the order.
Kindly refund the money...
