KFC India — I paid INR 554 through Google Pay but order didn't got place so need refund

I was trying to order online from official KFC Website: https://online.kfc.co.in and added my items into my cart. After that i made the payment of INR 554 through Google Pay and the UPI transaction id is[protected] on 26/06/2021 at 02:52PM. After making the successful payment it shows something went wrong so order can't be placed. Fine i understood some technical issue might happen but atleast show the history in recent transaction/order tab. What about my hard earned 554 bucks. KYC you should must refund the amount into the same account from which i have paid.
