KFC India — I paid money through paytm but didn't get the delivery.

I had ordered kfc through kfc India app. I paid by Paytm. But KFC said they didn't receive any order and I didn't get my order as well as money back. This is kolkata Shyambazar Kfc store. My order Id is[protected].
