Nature of Complaint:
I, ANEETA SUSAN SAJI, filed this complaint against KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken, CHENGANNUR, kerala ) for deficiency in service, causing mental agony, and financial loss.
On December 25, 2024, I placed an order through the KFC app for Christmas dinner, expecting timely delivery. However, despite waiting for an extended period, the order was not delivered. The lack of communication and updates from KFC caused significant inconvenience, particularly as we had guests waiting for dinner, including elderly individuals.
Relief Sought:
I request the Hon'ble Consumer Court to direct KFC to:
1. Refund the total amount paid for the order, i.e., Rs 904.20.
2. Pay compensation for mental agony and financial loss, totaling [3000].
3. Pay costs of this complaint.
