I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding two unsuccessful online orders placed through the KFC app, resulting in payment debits without order confirmation or refunds.
First Incident:
Date: January 10, 2025
UPI Reference Number:[protected]
Amount Paid: ₹180.77
Despite waiting for over a month, no refund has been issued for this transaction.
Second Incident:
Date: February 7, 2025
UPI Reference Number:[protected]
Amount Paid: ₹196.77
The same issue occurred today, with the payment debited, but the order was not placed.
I have attached proof of payment for both transactions for your reference. Despite patiently waiting for a refund for the first incident, there has been no resolution, and now I am facing the same issue again.
I request immediate assistance in processing refunds for both payments and an investigation to ensure that this problem does not occur again for other customers.
