I placed an order through kfc app on 12 May 2021, in the name of vibha ... amounting Rs 1386/-... money was deducted from my paytm acnt whereas i did not receive the order neither there was any confirmation msg regarding my order... i have been trying to contact on the number given on kfc app ie [protected] but there is no response... kindly refund the money +1 photos Was this information helpful? Request you to share your contact number, email ID, restaurant details, order ID, order amount, transaction ID, date, mode of payment and payment reference on [protected]@yum.com, so that we can assist you further with the same. May 16, 2021 Updated by vibha1781 name, date, paytm transaction number number (along with the screenshot) everything is mentioned in the complaint... don’t know about the restaurant details and order Id b’coz I didn’t get any confirmation msg regarding my order and no information on the app regarding the same.. I was informed on the mail that due to some technical issue order could not be placed.. money was debited from my acnt it is clear from the screen shot attached with my complaint earlier May 18, 2021 Updated by vibha1781 when will I get my refund?
