[Resolved] KFC India — money deducted from my sbi account but order was unsuccessful | |||
While i was trying to order a snacks from official kfc android app for amount of ₹181.49 after applying coupon, the payment didn't goes well after inserting otp for payment. Money got deducted from my sbi account but order was unsuccessful. My nearest kfc is located at (Mamcy mall thangheiband lourung leikai, imphal, manipur 795001) happened on 13 feb 2020. Feb 14, 2020 - ordered throught kfc app, proceeded to payment page, made an online payment, money got deducted but order was not registered in the app. Says no previous/ recent orders. Order amount - Rs.881.49, time- 9:24PM. Please do the needful and return my amount asap.
