[Resolved]  KFC India — money deducted, order not placed

I ordered KFC on 21/02 via KFC India app, I paid through Google Pay as I've always done, after I authorise the payment, my money got deducted and I went back to the app but the order dod not go through. The order status showed payment not done yet. Transaction id[protected]
Since I had to have dinner I ordered again and this time it went smoothly.. there is no way I could find to ask for a refund. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest as this is just unacceptable.
