KFC India — Money paid but order missed and not acknowledged

Incident:
From my order they missed the 2 pc of Chicken i had ordered and didnt even care to acknowledge it nor pickup the call. KFC feedback customer support was also barricaded with any support from any live agent.

Desirable resolution: I want to be compensated as under restaurant rules, if your order is missed you need to be compensated. The entire scenario to contact them was undesirable and they havent even acknowledged till now. How can they think that they can get away with this?
