KFC India — my deducted amount refund | |||
I was ordered kfc meal at sunday night ordered amount rs-449/- (Four hundred forty nine) was deducted my airtel payments bank, but my ordered meal was canceled for kfc online system problem. So till now today my deducted amount is not refund. Why my amount not refund and send this sms from kfc “dear customer, your order could not be placed due to some technical error. The transaction amount will be refunded to your bank within 7 business days” Was this information helpful? | |||

I received confirmation of the payment via my bank, but theres no confirmation of the order and the kfc site crashed.
After I reloaded, there was no trace of my cart or my order and I have not received any messages.
the txn # is LT[protected] for the amount of rs 239.
