Last evening at 17.16 hrs I placed an order and got confirmation in 2 mins via sms.
No response from the Manapakkam store till 18.10 Hrs
Called toll free number they kept saying order will reach in 15 mins.
Made 5 calls to KFC no response
Delivery boy calls at 18.25 and tells me order is getting ready and will reach in 30-40 mins,
Store Manager of Manapakkam calls at 18.55 and tells me is I am not willing to wait might as well cancel my order.
FInally a boy comes at 19.10 and tells me if you want here is your order if not I am going back as Manager has told so.
Even during the last delivery from Manapakkam KFC I had to wait for 1.15 hrs. And the irony is that the store is on the same main road as mine and just 1.8 kms on the same road .
KFC ppl just say we will deliver from another out let...but no action against the Manapakkam outlet guys
