KFC India — Non delivery of order

Dear Sir/Madam I had ordered "Dips bucket 8 pcs" today[protected] at around 5.28 pm and was told it will be delivered by 6.00pm approximately. I had made my friend to wait for the food to arrive, even though he was in a hurry to go. Finally even after 6.45 since the item was not delivered, i called KFC Bel road, Bangalore to find out...but they could only tell that the item was dispatched. I had to call the in-charge there and told him to cancel the order because of the delay and my friend's unhappy exit (after waiting for so long)..for which he was more than ready to do and he immediately cancelled the order. This is the first time i had such an experience and i felt very sad about it. I am a regular at KFC (because of my daughter), but this incident has left me with great dissatisfaction and i thought i will give a feedback for not letting these kind of things bring the repute and service of KFC to lower levels. Hope this will not repeat in future.
