KFC India — Non delivery, Service deficiency

I placed this order at 7:40 PM on 10th June 2026, and was promised delivery by 8:25 PM. Despite repeated follow-ups, the order remains undelivered. This is a clear deficiency in service. I had to go out in the middle of the night to buy food. It caused mental agony, hypoglycemia and financial loss. I demand an immediate resolution in the form of appropriate compensation and a full refund. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through the National Consumer Helpline and other consumer redressal mechanisms.
