KFC India — Not getting refund for order decline by KFC | |
On sep 13, 2021 I ordered food online from KFC and payment was done through paytm ₹964 to sapphire Foods India Private Limited but due to some tenchinal issue my order was cancelled by them but payment was done from my side with details below UPI REFRENECE ID[protected] Order Id[protected] Same day I dailed customer care number for refund procedure and mailed them the screenshot of the payment.One of the executive talked to me and told me that i will get refund within 2-3 days But its been more than 15 days i didn’t get back the amount although i got reply from thier Side with quote-REFUND INITIATED but still I didn’t get the refund Again on sept28, 2021 i dailed their customer care number .Again they said the same thing that i will get refund within 2-3 days but till now they are either not responding to me ni ether providing me refund Their customer care number is[protected] Please look into this matter so that i can get the refund .
