Dear Sir,

I ordered from KFC application my order number is K528A13692 on[protected] at 5.40pm but my order is not delivered yet. Further I got message from KFC team that order is delivered. Please look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

I am attaching order details for your reference and WhatsApp communication.

Called to particular KFC outlet they are not picking out call.
