KFC India — Order not delivered but the amount has been deducted.

Hello Team,

I require your urgent assistance with my order. I have placed an order for the Wednesday Saving Bucket and also made a payment of Rs 554 but neither did I receive the order nor the number provided by the restaurant was available. I tried reaching all your customer care numbers but none of them are reachable. This is quite an unacceptable behavior from such a high-quality food company.

The order id is K[protected], order placed at the Akshay Nagar Branch (Bangalore). I had even received the OTP and name of the delivery partner but then nothing. I kindly request you to please initiate the refund at the earliest.
