KFC India — Payment done however order not placed

Address: PUNE

Placed an order with KFC on 23rd April 2025 at 09:15 pm and paid Rs.458.01 through transaction number TXN ID : FMPIB[protected].
Payment was done to Yum Restaurant India Private Limited yumresta.[protected]@icici
However order was not placed and no money was returned.

Do not know what happened .

Kindly help us in getting this cleared.
