Dear KFC India Customer Service,
I am writing to complain about an issue I encountered while trying to place an order through the KFC India app at approximately 08:47 pm on 9th April 2025.
I completed the payment of ₹458.01 using Google Pay, but unfortunately, no order was generated or confirmed. I have attached a screenshot as proof of the successful payment.
My transaction details are as follows:

Date and Time of Payment: 9th April 2025 at 08:47 pm
Amount Paid: ₹458.01
Payment Method: Google Pay
I would like to request a full refund of the amount as soon as possible since the order was not processed. Please investigate this issue and initiate the refund process at your earliest convenience.
