KFC India — Payment & refund

Have made the payment through Paytm on 29th June 2021 to Kfc Hiranandani Thane the payment was received to the merchant but the order was not place so the merchant inform to make payment through cash ne stated the payment made online will be refunded but still the payment is not refunded it is all most 10 days and more so I kindly request to initiate refund as soon as possible
