KFC India — Refund for payment

Address:Kfc ,opposite bapuji dental college, Davangere,karnataka

I have paid through phone pe, which showed deducted amount, but the cashier said it's not deducted and asked me to give my card and deducted money again
I have been repeatedly calling them foe refund, but they say it will.happen with 7 working days and it hasnt for over half a month.
