[Resolved] KFC India — Refund not received been 3 weeks | |
Absolutely disgusting service. Paid ₹239 on 28th August in store using Paytm at Supermart 1 Gurgaon. My money got debited but the cashier refused and said he didn't recieve the payment and I would recieve a refund within 48hrs. 3 weeks have passed by I haven't received my refund. I was assured that I would Recieve the refund within 48 hrs. store manager isn't responding as well. Your Twitter handle isn't replying as well. Please see the attached screenshot. Extremely pathetic service. I'll be going to consumer court if i do not get the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
