Dear KFC Customer Care,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my food order placed on 8th March at 8:00 PM. The order (Order Number: K[protected] – Full House Popcorn Chicken Bucket) was confirmed and payment of ₹613.24 was successfully made via UPI. However, the food was never delivered to me.
Despite waiting, I have neither received the order nor any refund for the amount paid. This has caused considerable inconvenience and disappointment.
I request immediate action:
1. Process a full refund of ₹613.24 without further delay.
2. Provide a clear explanation for the non-delivery.
3. Confirm measures to ensure such lapses do not recur.
Please treat this matter with urgency and confirm receipt of this complaint. If no resolution is provided within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to consumer grievance authorities.
