KFC — Money Debited but order not accepted

Website: online.kfc.co.in

I tried ordering via the KFC website and tried to pay via UPI . The money got debited but the order did not show up in the app nor came up with the restaurant.
So I tried re ordering but the same happened again . So my money got debited 2 times without any order confirmation.
