[Resolved]  KFC — Money Deducted but order not placed

This is to inform you that on the 13th of this month, I made an order on the KFC app, which amounted to 380 rupees. I paid for the same with my account on Axis bank. The money was deducted from my account, but no order was placed on the app. I contacted the bank yesterday, and they told me that the payment was successful from the bank, with payment reference no. VUTI[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and issue my refund. Thank You.
