I am filing this complaint regarding a payment issue at your Seelanaickenpatti, Salem branch. On April 4, 2025, I placed a food order using the self-ordering machine at the branch and completed the transaction through UPI. The amount of ₹903.00 was successfully debited, but the order was not fulfilled.
The branch receptionist acknowledged the issue on the same day and assured that a query had been raised regarding the failed order. However, even after 16 days, there has been no refund or communication from the branch or the customer service team.
