[Resolved] KFC — Order Refund

I made a delivery order on 23rd of September from KFC app and the restaurants was KFC RBD Raja Bazaar, Patna
I received a call after an hour from them that my order will take another 2 hours to deliver so asked them what else can be done so they cancelled my order stating that i will receive my refund in some days but I have not even after 16 days.

The email is not visible. It seems it is protected but i cant see it even after I logged in.
