KFC — poor quality of food and service | |||
On 11th night around 10 o clock i ordered 1) i ordered 1 zinger burger and zinger burger meal but the person who took my order was in absence of mind, concentrating so many other work and he gave a bill for 1 zinger burger, frech fries and coke separately. So i had to buy another burger separately for his mistake. 2) that particular night cruncy burger wasn't available. Its pathetic to see that busy mumbai airport kfc food counter doesn't have the most demanding products. 3) when he gave me my order, frech fries were soggy and not crisp, we pay money and we get these useless and tasteless item as our food. I seriously wonder the standard of kfc india. When i asked him he argues, this is not the way you treat your customer. 4) there were only 3 people in the whole store. 1 on the billing, one on kitchen and other one who was serving. Imagine the crowd we have at mumbai airport but there were so much of delay and customers weren't treated well. Spoke to customer care 6 times and to their manager once. They keep saying the same nonsense but they've held on to my amount for a month and a half now.
