[Resolved] KFC — Refund related issue due to technical error on KFC online site | |
I had placed order through KFC online twice on 29-Sep-2021 and the payment was deducted through Google pay for 783 each . I didn't receive any order and when I spoke to customer care, they said there is technical issue and will be refunded. I received refund of one payment. However the second one is still pending. And any time I speak to customer care, they keep saying they will arrange call back in 15 mins. But I haven't received any single call from KFC guys. When I reached out to the store guy, he said he has raised complaint and I have also sent email. But its been almost 19 days and I haven't received my refund amount yet.
