Dear KFC India Customer Support Team,
I am writing to report a failed transaction on the KFC India app that remains unresolved despIssue Description:
While placing an order on the app, payment was successfully deducted, but the app crashed before generating an order ID. My order history shows no record of this order, and the items are still sitting in my cart, confirming the order was never placed on your end. This was a technical failure entirely on the app's side.
Since then, I have tried resolving this through your customer care helpline multiple times. Most calls go unanswered, and on the occasions I do get through, I am told someone will call back, which has not happened even after two days.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this transaction and process a full refund of ₹524.96 at the earliest, given that the failure was caused by the app itself and not by any action on my part.
I have also raised this issue via a DM to @KFC_India on Twitter/X and would appreciate a prompt resolution along with confirmation once the refund is processed.
