KFC — Request for Order Cancellation or Delivery Adjustment

I would like to request the cancellation of my recent KFC order. Unfortunately, my boyfriend is unable to pick up the order as he does not have a vehicle to travel to the outlet.

Given this situation, I kindly request one of the following:

Please arrange delivery of the order to his hotel, if possible,
or
Cancel the order and process a full refund of the amount paid.
