Khazana Jewellery — Fake Offers on gold schemes

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the staf behavior at khazana Jewellery chaitanyapuri branch.

I applied for a gold scheme of Rs 5000/month and at the time of applying I was offered to select a complimentary gift and I selected a cooker but the staf said that the stock of selected item was not available now and they will call me when it is available.

After 2 months as I havnet received any call I have reachout to the branch and asked the staf reg the product and the responce I got was dosent seem correct. They were telling they didnt have anystock at the time and will call ma again when it is available. And i received a call on thr same day that stock was available and i said i will be collecting today

And today when i asked they said stock was available and after telling the OTP they were telling stock was not available again.

I felt completely cheated and disappointment.
This is completely waste of time and money.
Other companies deduct the amount in the installment amount but here customers are being cheated with the name of complimentary gifts and once the scheme is applied the customer is not even getting minimum respect.

I request you to please send the amount that i have paied till now as i lost my trust on this company and mu money will be safe and the amount of gold will be returned at the end.
