Please note at the time when I joined the above plan I was advised by your staff that each certain amount of gold depending on the price per gram will be accumulated each month as shown below:

I was also told that I can choose either weight-based option or the value-based option upon the maturity at the time of purchase, it seems your staff has selected value-based option as default. (1, 32, 000) without any consultation since it is favourable to khazana,

It makes more sense for customer to go for the accumulated weight option rather than going for a value based option selected by the staff by this customer doesn't get benefitted. Number of grams will be less as they will use the rate on the day of purchase ex: 132000/4750 = 27.789 grams there is a difference of 7.641 grams.
