Please consider this as high priority and reply me back.I have taken Khazana gold schem plan in december 2019 and 8000 am paying monthly.Due to lockdown i am in native so i was doing online payment from March.April month also i have done payment in online and it got succeess, i have transaction number also, when i try to pay may month payment it showing as i have not paid april month amount and 16000(april+may Month amount)i have to pay.Please fix this issue as i already paid for april month why its not reflecting in online portal.Due to this issue i haven't paid may month scheme amount.Requesting to fix this issue.

Why khazana site is not giving an option to check statement regarding previous months payment.
My member I'd is 18M13059 and 3060.just I have not payed for one month out of 11 months.
But after seeing the statement from khazana...I was shocked...one id- is showing 7 payments...other I'd is showing 9 payments...
I hope u are grabbing our money...unnecessarily.

I have taken a pair of gold bangles, weight nearly 33 grams. The design is very good and looks beautiful. But the design has a draw back, it has sharp edges. When ever I try to wear it, it leads to cut on my hands. I have just taken it 2 weeks back. I want to replace and get any other bangles. Please help me with this.

If it keeps on hurting, I will not be able to wear it. I want to replace it without paying anything extra. Please advice.

Hi i had paid advance for gold scheme for month April for 1k actually the phone pe payment was being successful and money was deducted from account but where as in khazana app showing pending transaction. Pls do refund money so that will reinitiate transfer as it was showing received by khazana jewellary in phone pe statement...
