I have joined the monthly pament scheme of khazana and have paid the instalments regularly and some times in advance. At the end of the period, my husband who is bank officer is transferred to tirupati and we have been residing in tirupathi for the last four months. The period of eleven months is over and i am eligible for purchase of an ornament. I have requested the as rao nagar, hyderabad several times for transfer of the amount to khazana at tirupati to enable me to purchase at tirupathi. But khazana as rao nagar is insisting that the purchase could be made only hyd. Please resolve the issue by enabling the purchase at tirupathi.
