Khazana Jewellery — reduced price imposed on 24 karat gold exchange - 15488 rs should be refunded.

We bought gold ornaments in khazana exchanging 121 gms of 24 karat gold biscuit on[protected]. The exchange price given for 24 karat is "3506 rs. per gm" We bought another ornament the same day exchanging 5 gms of 24 karat gold coin in Joyalukkas for which the exchange price given is "3634 rs per gm". And when inquired in both the jewellery shops mentioned that they follow chennai bullion market.But the 22 karat gold price imposed for ornaments in both the shops is same - "3331 rs".

And we incurred a loss of 128 rs per gm for 121gms which is 15488 Rs, Due to khazana jewellery fraud.
How is it possible that two jewellery shops within vijayawada following chennai bullion market price give different exchange prices for 24 karat gold on the same day!
