I am swathi kankanala, resident of khammam, working in hyderabad, would like to bring to your notice about an incident happened on last sunday ie., on 21st april 2019 at khazana jewellers. I along with my mother and sister visited khazana on the same day as above to purchase jewellery. While trying the some jewellery, i kept my chain at the counter, the sales person madhu banda, has taken it and kept it in the display box, noticing the same i thought of asking my chain back after my trail, but when finding out the details of the trail jewellery, i forgot about my chain which the sales person kept in the display box. We couldn't realize the missing jewellary immediately and went back to my work place (Hyderabad) as i was wearing other chain through out the week, we got to know that the chain is missing only yesterday. Immediately we came to khammam to check with khazana cctv footage. But the store informed us that they don't maintain cctv data backup more than 6 days. But as per them even 6 days full data is also not available. They were not helping us to see the cctv footage of the day of purchase ie 21st april 2019.
As per the norms, they must be maintaining 90 days back up.. But they are not even maintaining 6 full days back up.
Not having data more than 6 days that too only half data is as much as crime. This should be addressed and corrected.
Request you to take serious action about the cctv footage back up, so that any other individual wouldn't be in loss as me. Thanks you.
