I have ordered a thrax carrom board on 11th may 2021 10days passed still the order Is not confirmed and no other updates. Tried to contact them on all numbers provided and no one attending calls and responding to the mails sent. I am completely dissapointed about the India's number one sports retailer. Please help me to get rid of this order and i want the refund. Order no. Is OR_388206....

I ordered a badminton racquet, and I received in broken condition and got wrong model. And customer care is not ready to refund my money.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

This complaint is in regards to the order number OR_367933. The order was for Thrax ProGrip Badminton Shoes Blue. The Company has been giving false commitments for delivery since the day the product was ordered. When I asked the executive if it's possible to make early delivery of the product, the executive mentioned I would receive it in 3-4 days, on 12th Dec 2020 when I asked Vinita (an executive of your company) for an update on the product and mentioned about the commitments I was given, she said the false commitment was given to me and I will receive the product on 15th Dec 2020, when I asked about the status today (i.e. 15th Dec 2020), Shivani (an executive) said a false commitment was given to me and the product will take another week to reach my location. Throughout the process, I am only given dates. The executives also mention that because I had opted for COD so it will reach late, however, the companies website doesn't say so, I was ok to make pre-payment but that was also not done. This was the first time i ordered something from Khelmart and I doubt if there gonna be 2nd time if this is the kind of service Khelmart has. There seem to be some training issues with the executives, neither there is any record o[censored]pdates the executive makes to the customers. The executive is also very rude.
As I resolution, I just want to know if the company is willing to deliver the product or not in the first place, if yes please mention the final committed date, it will be really great if the company clears this so that we don't waste each other's time. I can place the order in varied other sites that value customers and know how to serve them.
Just a suggestion: It's good to train executives not to make false commitments, they carry your brand.

The weight of the racket was mentioned as 84 grams. But the one that was delivered to me weighed 104 grams. Too heavy. So I want to return it. Please accept my request.....

I have ordered thrax astra 73 from khelmsrt on 29th October 2020 and got it by 10 days. The handle of the racket got cut with just 10 days o[censored]sage with out any physical contact with while playing. The wood quality is very bad of the handle.please return back my money or replace it.

Hopeless company. Sent very thin board of 3mm. When i raised concern, they changed specification from 6mm to 3mm on their website which is disgusting. We could have bought such thin board for not more than[protected]/-. Why to spend 1830/- they can't return pickup in bangalore which is a joke. Seems to fake seller and don't have any resolution mechanism. We need to use without any choice as we can't return since they don't have return pickup. Don't buy anything from them.

My order333606dt 10mar 2020 for carromboard delivered today after long pending 39 days waiting that too in damaged condition. You please refund amount as product not at all in a usable condition i. E board broken either while on transportation nor before that.

Product is useless for me because it is damaged while on transit in india post so take back your product and do the refund that's all.

Khelmart is just another hyped up indian company which promises much but fails to deliver even 50% of it. I ordered for a badminton shoe recently and the order was supposedly shipped on jan 12 through gati courier. I received a call maybe once from gati, which i couldn't pick as i was travelling. I called that courier agent once as he said he's out of my area would be able to deliver only tomorrow but i never received my package till now....

I have ordered a Yonex badminton racket voltric 5 and it was delivered on 27 Aug 2019. But the product I received was having a damaged grip. The rubber covering the grip is looking so old is breaking into small pieces. I have contacted the customer care on 28th Aug 2019. They are saying other customers also have reported this issue and This is a problem with the Yonex brand....
