I purchased Thrax terminator bat from khelmart.com on 6th feb 2023. but within a month while playing second match itself bat got broken. I requested khelmart.com to replace it by providing few bat picks, khelmart team asked me share full bat photo and invoice details so shared with them but later no reply/communication from khelmart team. Tried to call their number#[protected] and +[protected] but both numbers are not reachable/switched off.

Kindly resolve my issue.

The product was ordered on 29th August, on the second day it was confirmed but now(6th September) the status shows that it is yet to be confirmed.
While ordering the site showed that the product is in stock and after few days the company says it is out of stock.
So please cancel my order, because of you I wasn't able to perform in a tournament .

Replacement of product not scheduled by KHELMART.COM after their approval .

Contacted their Tool free no. 3-4 times, after all the conversation the lady only tells me that we have scheduled your pickup tomorrow it will be picked up.

I request you to cancel my order ( order id - OR_429882) . I heard negative reviews about the bat on internet and your company too also the size of the bat is too small for someone like me of 6ft 5
So o kindly request you to cancel my order
If it is not cancelled I am not going to accept it if it is delivered to me

I ordered Yonex Astrox 7 dg badminton racquet firstly I received my order after 11 days and after opening the parcel I found that the product was fake and not genuine

I had recently bought a customised cricket bat. Had even ordered for oiling and knocking.
Received the bat in 4 days time but for the surprise no knocking been done. They have just applied a quote of oil ( looks like, can’t feel when hand is rubbed) and with in my confirmation of knocking next day they have shipped by order.
We all know after oil applied atleast bat should be kept for 24 hrs and then the knocking should be started . But it was pathetic experience with there so called customer support. They doesn’t know anything but only give Gyan to their customers without listening to real concern
So please don’t purchase anything from Khelmart and even they don’t have mind to listen and take appropriate action

Glad that this is already resolved as well. As far as I know, Yonex badminton rackets are a bit expensive. I can't imagine the dismay you felt when you saw that it had a poor quality. Still, it was nice to know that they fix issues and that they addressed your concern. Also, I think it was nice that you knew what's good or not.

This complaint is in regards to the order number OR_367933. The order was for Thrax ProGrip Badminton Shoes Blue. The Company has been giving false commitments for delivery since the day the product was ordered. When I asked the executive if it's possible to make early delivery of the product, the executive mentioned I would receive it in 3-4 days, on 12th Dec 2020 when I asked Vinita (an executive of your company) for an update on the product and mentioned about the commitments I was given, she said the false commitment was given to me and I will receive the product on 15th Dec 2020, when I asked about the status today (i.e. 15th Dec 2020), Shivani (an executive) said a false commitment was given to me and the product will take another week to reach my location. Throughout the process, I am only given dates. The executives also mention that because I had opted for COD so it will reach late, however, the companies website doesn't say so, I was ok to make pre-payment but that was also not done. This was the first time i ordered something from Khelmart and I doubt if there gonna be 2nd time if this is the kind of service Khelmart has. There seem to be some training issues with the executives, neither there is any record o[censored]pdates the executive makes to the customers. The executive is also very rude.
As I resolution, I just want to know if the company is willing to deliver the product or not in the first place, if yes please mention the final committed date, it will be really great if the company clears this so that we don't waste each other's time. I can place the order in varied other sites that value customers and know how to serve them.
Just a suggestion: It's good to train executives not to make false commitments, they carry your brand.

The weight of the racket was mentioned as 84 grams. But the one that was delivered to me weighed 104 grams. Too heavy. So I want to return it. Please accept my request..

I have ordered thrax astra 73 from khelmsrt on 29th October 2020 and got it by 10 days. The handle of the racket got cut with just 10 days o[censored]sage with out any physical contact with while playing. The wood quality is very bad of the handle.please return back my money or replace it.

Hopeless company. Sent very thin board of 3mm. When i raised concern, they changed specification from 6mm to 3mm on their website which is disgusting. We could have bought such thin board for not more than[protected]/-. Why to spend 1830/- they can't return pickup in bangalore which is a joke. Seems to fake seller and don't have any resolution mechanism. We need to use without any choice as we can't return since they don't have return pickup. Don't buy anything from them.
