My name is dilshad, &i am from kerala. I have ordered for lining play badminton shoes worth 1955rs on25/12/2016. I stil didn't get the product & when trying to track my order it shows error code. My tracking i'd is141494. My address is "sapphire" thrikkandiyur p o, tirur 676104. Kindly do the need full, thanking you. When i visited your site it says you would get you order within 4-5days. But it is already 7 days.

This is a fraud site and when I made a purchase of sports items they send me lesser items and telling me that they have send complete items and you should not have accepted if you feel any shortage in number of items, without opening the packet how the customer will come to know the number of items with in the packet, I had lost money while dealing with Khelmart.com, Never purchase from KHELMART site, Customer care people are no responding...

My name is nitesh. i have ordered a leather bat (order id-or_133736) from khelmart for the price 1890... when i got the bat, i saw the bat is broken, then called the khelmart customer service immediately... after no of mails they called me... the funny part is that when i said that bat handle is broken, (one of the representative name-damini) is saying nothing will happen to your bat, this is a quality product. you can play with it easily... i have tried convince her that this is not a tennis ball bat... halnde is broken... bats condition is not good... it would cost around 1000 to repair it, but she still giving the same excuses and when i asked about my refund she didn't respond to my mails or calls... what a great faud cheap marketplace (khelmart) is this... i regret my decision of choosing this site over flipkart, amazon... every day i am sending mails & calling them but they are doing nothing... days are passing by, till now now didn't receive refund or replacement...

21Nov2016 I had recieved my shipment, and in next day i started season the bat using wood mallet which is initial process befoure using with ball. while do seasoning and oilling the bat wood comming out, if it is english willow it should not damage without playing .

I asked for replacement, But they are not . Please help me to get my replacement . for reference i have attached mail I recieved Khelmart.

Yesterday(22Nov2016) I have received myorder OR_134398, I stared to season the bat slowly using woodmallet, while do knocking i am seeing bat top layer coming out and edge also coming out i have aatched image . If it is english willow it won't come out and damage while season the bat. Please do the needful

I bought 5 items online. I put the my USA address and paid the total cost. It didn't charge any shhiping cost when I put the address and paid the money. Here are the complains -
1. After 5 days of my order, I got email from Khelmart to pay 5000 -/ for shhiping cost. Otherwise they won't shhip. Why they didn't charge at the first place when I was ordering.
2. I checked the same order from other account, but this time it was...

I ordered 2 badminon rackets - yonex for rs4800/-. however, it is turning out that he is not supplying the items. all emails do not obtain a reply, all telephone calls are going on an endless wait. basically this fraudster is swindling money from innocent people in thousands of rupees and not supplying items at all. he is doing it the wgite collar way of online fraud. i request the authorites to immdiately close this website and instruct the fraudster to refund every one's hard earned money.

I am d naresh from bengaluru. I have ordered thrax mars running shoes gray and orange (Product id:th_rs_0002) (Size -7 my actual size) on 19 sept-2016 and it was your mistake that you didn't mention length of each size in centimetres/inches. Every brand has its own sizing but you should mention length of each size in your website. So, since it is large for me i returned it (It reached your company on 1st 0ct but you called me on 5th oct so irresponsible) and asked for replacement for (Size -6).

Today is 13th and still i didn't get the product as i am expecting my product to be delivered by today and only today i got a call from your company saying that my size -6 is not available. Why you didn't tell me when i ordered that product and after 10 days now you are telling me and you asked me to wait for another 10 days do you have any sense to say that. What you did all these 10 days when you don't have my ordered size you should have informed me.

Now i had enough experience with you i waited for 24 days. You thought me good lesson. I will never buy any other product from your web site and i will not recommend your website to any other. I will write my reviews everywhere.

Your customer service is very poor. Your staff is irresponsible. You are not at all fair to customer. I am very disappointed with your service. I thought of encouraging indian companies by buying products in indian company instead of amazon even though they offer 30 days return without any questions asked they deliver the product within 3 days always. You don't have principles of business.

Regarding Order #OR_115902 on Khelmart.com for Li NING SS 98 III Badminton racquet. The strings got untied after playing for 1 game. And the company says there is no warranty on the strings.

How can the string get un-tied after playing 1 game, I believe there are ways to identify if the string is defective or after play it has got cut, Li Ning India and Khelmart.com can identify that.
If there i no warranty or guarantee on the string from the company, then it doesn't give you the right to sell consumers refurbished/duplicate/defective products.
Khelmart claims themselves to be India's most trusted company but it's most FRAUD company, the product got delivered to me on Monday and after 1st game of 10 rounds the string is untied. Then it means that either KHELMART is selling duplicate product or Li Ning India is selling DUPLICATE items in india.
I am not going to get richer by telling a lie for 2000 bucks, have some shame you cheaters, a business is to be done with some values and Khelmart.com has totally lost it.
Let me know what can be done in this regard, else show me the product page where you website mentions there is no guarantee/ warranty on the strings.
otherwise, I will not shy away in taking a legal course of action over KHELMART and Li Ning India.

Dear team,

I had placed an order on cricket bat ss ton 47 english willow cricket bat standard size on[protected] for rs. 6999.

As per their details, i'm supposed to receive the order within 7 days from ordered date. At least by today, the order should have got dispatched from their end.

There has been delay in processing the order, 4 days gone since i order the bat. It was not dispatched yet. And i'm not getting any trust full reason form the customer care.

I made a payment with a expectation that this will get delivered in 4 to 7 days and now its getting prolonged for shipment itself. I'm supposed to receive this tomorrow but this is not shipped yet.

When a order can't be fulfilled on time, they should say the right reason or khelmart should not take up the order.

And i was given false promise saying that "order will get shipped today" whenever i called your customer care service from tuesday.

Weekend has already come, i would visit a store and get a one rather waiting for their delivery.

I would like khelmart to cancel the order and initiate the refund with immediate.

I have bought a kookabura kahuna 350 english willow cricket bat from khelmart.com in india and cricket bat has developed crack in the toe area and there is also a thick wooden impression in the sweat spot. I have requested khelmart team to send the defective product to kookabura company manufacturing plant in india for examining the quality of the product. Hope they will do a thorough analysis of the cricket bat which will help them understand that their claim of delivering best quality, hand crafted and highly durable cricket bats to customers in india is not correct. Kookaburra brand and khelmart have not met its expectations.

I paid them 25000 Rs with my card for the products I bought from their site, they never shipped them and I lost my money.

I am odered stride red tharax cricket balls..but it is deshaped and seam is also too bad..product is not good as shown on picture or descriptions.

They don't updated their product inventory. They shipped the wrong colour and didn't ship one of the items in my order due to unavailability, even though it was listed as AVAILABLE. There was no response to my emails even after I escalated the problem to their CEO. They tried avoiding my calls, but when I did manage to reach them, they'd promised to call back, but never did. I had to cancel a part of my order due their incompetence and lack of respect for the customer's time. I hope I get my money back. I would never recommend this website to anyone. What a waste of time! The shopping experience with Kehlmart.com was horrendous, to say the least. AVOID THIS WEBSITE. IT'S WISER TO BUY FROM REPUTED SITES LIKE AMAZON, SNAPDEAL OR FLIPKART EVEN IF THE PRODUCT COST A LITTLE MORE.
