I bought an a/c on 1/10/2015. Already i have complained abt our split a/c and the service was done twice. They just keep on saying gas leakage. We asked for a replacement but they haven't bothered to revert. Khosla electronics also told us tht a company representative wld come home and sort out the issue but noone has bothered to come. We have cleary mentioned that we want a replacement but they don't seem to be getting it into their thick heads. We had a similar problem with blue star and one complaint they replaced the a/c entirely within a week's time. They are behaving like we have bought the a/c for free and they have to shell money out of their pockets to sort out our issue. I am tired of all this. I want this matter sorted asap.
