[Resolved]  Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — Used OLED TV Sent Instead of Brand New

I purchased a LG C1 OLED 55" from Khosla Electronics Kanchrapara branch on 17/08/21 and it was delivered on 02/09/21 and installed on 04/09/21. During the installation process I asked the service engineer to show me the power on time but he told me it was not possible to see. After some research for a few days, I was able to see the power on time and to my surprise I got almost 90 hours of power on time which is impossible for me in such a short time. So, I thoroughly checked the product and found several scratch marks. Instead of sending a brand new sealed piece I was delivered a repacked used/display unit. I feel extremely cheated and did not expect it from a reputable and LG Authorised sellers like Khosla Electronics. I have paid for a brand new sealed unit. Why should I settle for a used one? I have attached the screen on time picture with the date and time the picture was taken and several scratch mark pictures. It should be a straight forward replacement scenario with a fresh sealed box unit. Over two weeks were gone, but till now Khosla electronics did not respond and same incompetent engineer (Nabajit Roy, [protected]) from LG visited my place to take pictures and make videos of the unit. After the inspection when I enquired through email Nabajit Roy ([protected]) called me and misbehaved with me and blamed me instead to hide his incompetency. Since then I am sending reminder emails to LG and Khosla for almost three weeks (from Wednesday 08/09/21) now and still no solution. Khosla Electronics is simply ignoring my emails and LG replying with same generic lines. I have contacted Area Service Manager Mr. PRITHYESWAR DAS ([protected]) but he has stopped taking my calls. This is a case of deception and cheating.
