I had purchased a haier deep frige [model & product no. Given] on 17/08/2016 against cash purchase. When i brought the product home, i found that only the super frige was working and the thermister was out of order. After two days, two technicians from the company came and certified that this was a manufacturing defect and wanted to change the thermister, which i refused to let them carry out, on the plea that the product was new and i was not willing to take a defective product. They advised that i should contact the dealer [khosla madhyamgram] and ask for a replacement, which i did. Since, i had paid cash, i asked both the shop sales-girl [dipika nandi] as-well-as the technicians, whether i could use the super frige. They both agreed. The replacement was done on 26/08/2016 [although the date on the replacement challan; invoice no. 1124/1617/05971] was 23/08/2016. After delivery, [at around 7.00 p. M.], the said sales-girl [dipika nandi] called me at around 8.20 p. M. And in an extremely rude and dirty language, demanded why i had used the product when i had asked for a replacement? She would just not listen and made dirty remarks, amounting to threat and intimidation and even went to the extent to say that she would "see me" soon.
If this is the state of affairs in m/s khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Where they are recruiting people with dubious backgrounds, i fear, they are out to lose business altogether. The invoice of the original product is [1124/1617/05971] dated: 17/08/2016.in the above case, i am reluctantly constrained to lodge a complaint with the local police station at madhyamgram, as soon as possible.
