Purchased an panasonic air conditioner on 11th april, 2016. They promised me delivery within 3 days. On third day morning i called them up and they said 'yes sir all panasonic ac will be delivered today and your name is on the delivery list' . Guess what - it was not delivered on that day. Next day after shouting and all finally it delivered. They promised same day installation when i asked for that they gave me a number and that guy rudely said it's not possible today. Anyway next the ac was installed and the outdoor unit was defective. From then onward(Till now 22nd april, 2016) i am struggling like anything to get it replaced . Khosla said they are no more responsible for this it's now panasonic responsibility and they can't do anything. We are suffering from this hot summer even though we fully paid and purchased an ac.
