I have purchased a sony 55 inches lcd on 4.6.2018 from dunlop khosla, installed on 7.6 but on 8.6 the new tv could not read my ext hard disc hp, but on 9.6 my ehd runs smoothly on dunlap showroom on 43 inches of sony lcd, sony service engineer came on 9.6 to solve this problem but could nothing. So now i request you kindly replace the set within 48 hrs. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court. Another thing is staffs of dunlop showroom continuesly ignore my demand & kill the time. I could not imagine this type of service from such a reputed company like khosla
