I purchased A 1 Ton Hitachi AC from Khosla Electronics, Batanagar, Maheshtala on 12/04/2022 with invoice number K[protected]/00465. Installed on 14/04/2022. Since then the AC was not functioning properly and was spraying water from it which damaged the walls of the room and risked of causing a short circuit. I repeatedly contacted the shop to look after the problem. Since then the installer or service centre personnel visited my house several times but, couldn’t resolve the problem.
Now, today they again visited my house and told that both the indoor and outdoor units are defective. They will take the units to their service centre and will try to rectify the actual issue, if not, both the units will be replaced.
Now, the scorching Summer is going to get over and I didn’t get a single days service from the AC. Necessary bills and screenshots of sms are enclosed.
Moreover, the installers destroyed our walls by drilling unnecessary holes. And we have to get them repaired otherwise rainwater might enter through them.
Due to the wrong doings on the part of seller and installer, I didn’t get the service of the AC and also have been suffering from tremendous mental trauma. I request the honourable forum to look in my issue and also arrange compensation to the tune of ₹20000 from the concerned defaulter.
