Khosla Eshoppe / Khosla Electronics — Product Not Delivered

I have purchased a cooler, USHA DESERT COOLER BUDDY 45BD1 WHITE on the date of 26/04/2022 from Baguiati Showroom. After purchasing they have promised me to deliver the product within the same day. But after 3days they haven't delivered the product yet.
Whenever I contacted with them they told me that they will deliver it shorty. At the time of selling they pretend to be a good person but after getting money they show their real face. Only money matters to them not the customer satisfaction. They don't ever properly cooperate with customers over the phone.
