Dear/madam, I'm sandip gomasta, i have purchased a sound system (Lg ok-55) from khosla electronics, barasat, on 16th october, but still waiting to receive the device, when i call they are showing several excuse, now they did not pick my calls, yesterday evening when i call them, the security guard receive my call. Again today when i call them, they inform me your product dispatched from our store on 8th october 2018, our delivery person call you but you not pickup the phone, that's why you are facing the problem, my question is - if i purchased the product on 16th of october, how they call me on 8th october?
